Return & Refund Policy – Custom Laser Work
Due to the custom and personalized nature of laser-engraved and laser-cut items, all sales are final once production has begun.
Custom Orders

Custom laser work (including engraved, personalized, or made-to-order items) cannot be returned or refunded.

This includes items with custom text, images, logos, sizes, or customer-provided artwork.
Order Approval

Customers are responsible for approving all proofs, designs, spelling, and dimensions before production.

Once approval is given, we are not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to our workmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once laser work has started, cancellations are not accepted.
Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items (if applicable) may be eligible for return within 7 days, unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Material Variations
-
Natural materials (wood, leather, stone, etc.) may have variations in grain, color, or texture. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
